Problem with SAP learning exercises

I'm currently taking the course "Explore Integrated Business Processes in SAP S/4HANA" and I was trying to open the first exercise, but it gets stuck on this loading screen.
Can anyone help me with this?

I just tried to access the same, and it is working fine for me.

Can you please share the exact steps or page URL.

Also, please try to delete caches and cookies once and then try again.

I tried to open it using different browsers and deleting caches and cookies but nothing changed.

Ah. Got it. I was accessing a different one.

You are correct. The issue is there, and it's not loading.
