I can print my certificate cause i have not print icon, and nobody help me wuth that, no ACCLAIM no SAP...

Dear ruthvik.chowdary2 ,

The problem is that both me and Maria above have completed our certifications before Acclaim was introduced. (personally i completed it in 2016). So when acclaim was officially a partner with SAP for Badges, there was a blog explaining how to perform the migration from SAP Credential Manager to Acclaim. We did follow the procedure but the badge never appeared.

The only email from Acclaim is the one related to email confirmation.

I have the same issue and what i was given was the following email to contact: PE_CHANNEL_HELPLINE@SAP.COM

Unfortunately the person that tried to assist me had trouble contacting and/or hearing back from education team regarding my case which is also the same case with yours. Getting those damned Acclaim badges 🙂

You could try following up on the email just like i did and hope your case is solved. Because mine hasn't been resolved and its been almost 2 months of email bouncing back and forth.

Hi, Have you checked that your Acclaim profile is set to public? It is only possible to share if the public option is set. Please try the following after setting the profile to public:

  • Log out from Acclaim
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Log back in to Acclaim
  • Select the badge
  • Share the badge
  • Choose the Printer Icon to download and store the certificate

Hi, i value the time you spend to reply us on these incidents. Thank you. The problem is the badge is not visible to me at all. It says i don't have anything completed. I did a follow up with my SAP Education at Greece and i suppose they are reviewing it. hopefully it will be resolved Soon™. Otherwise Happy New Year!
