Prerequisite for SAP BW server implementaion

Hello experts

I have one question which needs to be answered asap. I request you all to please help me in getting the correct and exact answer of below question

As I am new to SAP BI , Could you guys please tell me about the prerequisite required for the implementation of SAP BW server in an organization.

In detail...

Suppose,there is a an IT firm which currently doesnt have an Any SAP module (Particularly SAP BI server but u can give details for any module ) server. Now I want to bring SAP server itself in my organization.

Could you please tell me about the procedure of how to bring SAP server(Like Ecc and BI) to an organization which doesnt have any SAP module server.
