Hi Pratibha,
I have a similar background like yours. i did Exe MBA course after having almost 5 yr of experience. We had classes on weekends.
Based on your interest you can take the same from Icfai, Symbiosis , IMT.... as you have 2 years in some cases your experience may fall short on IIM / XLRI courses as they generally look for 3 years and more .
you also can check some courses provided by IIT - Delhi & Mumbai.

Hi Pratibha,
Some of my frnds got a good salary hike, some got promotion , also I was able to change a company .... Further study part time will be an added qualification.
It was a recession time, so getting any clue is difficult but this sorts of courses are sometimes sponsored by Big companies also, so this has some value, truly. Another thing is that, it gives me further knowledge of understanding other business domain which i was not too comfortable earlier.
Today you are in technical, tomorrow you may not be, Instead of looking into today, you may think of 5 years down the line, surely you will be a lead by that time.
It depends on your career outlook, Please take informed decision.

HI Pratibha
Why don't you consider a distance learning MBA in Systems or IT.
Or maybe even a part-time one. Plenty of options in India for that.
Unfortunately, I haven't heard of distance - MCA, else that would be a great one too.
ATB!!
