After passing the SAP Certification Exam, how many days does it takes to receive the main certification? I know you get the digital badge immediately after passing the exam.

To complement Vijayeta's answer,

SAP switched to Acclaim as single-source-of-truth for certifications. No more certs by mail.

All you need to do is find a reasonable color printer and order a nice diploma frame from Amazon, e.g.
