Friends,

I cleared SAP HCM ECC 6 in April 2nd from GENOVATE KOCHIN, I dont have any experience in SAP i am a fresher. I would like to know from you people what i should do next to get a job in SAP HCM, which are the companies in India taking freshers in SAP HCM ECC 6 ....

Hi Sujith,

Congrats on clearing the Certification. Certification coupled with domain experince is required to get a job. Most of the big IT companies are taking certified freshers. To name few, IBM, Mphasis, Accenture, ITC Infotech, Wipro, TCS, Satyam, Infosys, etc... You apply through reference and consultancies. Dont loose patience if you dont get the job immediately. Keep trying. All the best.

Hi Sujith,

These dayz mostly companies are asking for experienced ppl.But since you are certified try to get some hands on exp in any small company which are ready to take freshers in SAP.There are companies like wipro,virtusa, sapient which are taking freshers.Ask ur training institute about recruitment in companies adn float ur resume.Also check for any consultanies which might help u to get in some gud company.

Hi Sujith,

You talk with the training institute where from you got trained and cleared the certification. They will have idea that which all companies are taking freshers in HCM. As far as I know all the big companies are looking for experienced people so that they can directly put them into the client project.

There might be some companies which would be recruting freshers or trained/certified consultants and training institutes/consultancies are the one who can guide better on it.
