Permissions to a Workarea in Manager

Hi All,

Under Administration > Workarea / Tags is not showing a complete list of all the workareas created in Manager and because Manager is not showing also a Next page button or a Search button I'm not able to assign permissions to an specific workarea. Does anyone knows why is this happening and how can see or display all the workareas in this section so I can administrate them?

Hi Evalena,

Because you ar not allowed to manage this specific Workarea.

Please ask the one who has created to get the permissions.

Hint: using the Superadmin account (created  during installation), give you the possibility to edit all

The curios thing is that I created the workarea and assigned access before to it, but for some reason is not showing me all the workareas. But thank you for your hint, I'll try the superadmin account.

Hope that will help, when you removed accidentally the permissions for managing this Workarea and you don't have a chance to get this back- as described above, please contact the support team => when they cant help you please contact me via private message.
