Past 1 week from 17-Mar-2025 i am waiting for my SAP Learning Hub Order confirmation email. Why DELAY?

I have raised concern through the SAP STORE TICKET and no response till now. can anyone direct me on this to get my order confirmation email so that i can make my purchase complete.

I placed another order on Tuesday March 25th 2025 just in case for another SAP Learning Hub Subscription because I don't know what happened to my order from last Monday March 17th 2025. It was pending on Credit Card but disappeared on Monday March 24th 2025 from my Credit Card Statements.

Ticket number is: 5000130680 and SAP Store ID for the first order is: 0002214205 and second order has SAP Store ID: 0002261050

With 4 days to go for the due date on Certifications assessments and having placed my first order 10 days ago and no answer from SAP for the last week, it does not look like my case will be resolved before my Certifications will expire. Certified since 2018 and it is the worst experience I had.

Hello,

I am having the same issue and I have contacted Support twice to understand the delay in the confirmation email and no response even though it says that you’ll get an answer within 24 hours.

Certifications expire in 7 days and still no word from SAP about Learning Hub Subscription order confirmation.
