Dear Sir and Madam,

I have been trying to login into the system using the password your provided in the pdf documentation, but I can not access it. Now the system is saying too many attemps has been made and thats why is blocked.

could kindly assist me with this issue. Kindly reset my Password and send me new password for the system.

I have just installed the cloud solution through amanzon web services.

and wanted to access the very first time. I didnt make any s user ect.

I was using the instruction of "getting started" document.

user name: DDIC, SAP*, IDADMIN

Password: Appl1ance

theser are standard users.

But I couldnt get the access.
