Passed in C_TAW12_750 certification but didn't receive a certification and user ID

Does SAP no longer issues those? I only received the digital badge, that's in my profile and nothing from the mail, i took the test on june 15, 2019.

Now we don't get SAP S-User ID anymore if we clear certification
