Does SAP no longer issues those? I only received the digital badge, that's in my profile and nothing from the mail, i took the test on june 15, 2019.

You can get your certificate if you follow this steps https://blogs.sap.com/2019/07/25/sap-certification-download-from-acclaim/
Now we don't get SAP S-User ID anymore if we clear certification
