Hi,

I earlier had one S user id which I got from my employer. However, a couple of months back I underwent ABAP(courses TAW10 & TAW12) training through a SAP Education Partner(Genovate) and even cleared the certification test. I m supposed to get another S user id for this right?

The certificate I received has a 10 digit 'certificate number'. So is my s user id, S**********, ie S appended with the certificate id?

To try it out, I went to this address - [https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/new_user_pass/userid_password_reset.htm].

There I entered the S user id(S appeneded with cert. id) and gave the email address which I had earlier provided to the Education Partner(Genovate).

But I got an error message saying - "The specified e-mail address, **********************, is not assigned to user S*********.". It also says "Please correct your entries or, if necessary, contact your SAP system administrator. ".

Now, I m sure that the email address I m giving here is the same as the one I provided to the SAP Education Partner while enrolling for the course. So, what should be done? Which 'SAP system administrator' shoulbe contacted?

Hi,

I dont think your certificate number is your User ID. You should contact Genovate I believe. i had done my certification from Siemens and they had given me my User Id and password details initially.

So, I believe, Genovate can get it done for you.
