I want to open sap training center so it's necessary to become partner of sap or how can i get education licence from sap?

"Open SAP" open.sap.com is open to everyone - no license is required and no need to be a partner
If you want to obtain an education from SAP go to training.sap.com
But can I give training to student through open sap ?
