Online Training Payment Failure

I am trying to do one certification course and i am trying to pay but i get an error while submitting the order. I am able to enter the bank OTP and it is accepting the OTP but at the time of submitting i get below error

The card authorization has failed. Please review your chosen payment. [4]

Please help to resolve the issue.

Yes, You can try some other internet explorers like Firefox or Microsoft Edge. I hope, with that, you would be able to complete your submission.

Recommend you to drop a mail to SAP Education India <education.india@sap.com>, asking for steps and procedure to follow.

We can directly add the bank details of the SAP and pay via NEFT and send back the transaction reference.

The team will guide you further in detail on the next steps.

Dear Sagar,

Usually this issue comes when you are trying to make payment through debit card. As payment should be done only through credit card.

Please let us know which card you are using to make payment

Hello piyush.k,

Today, I also faced the same issue with unsuccessful booking but amount debited from account via debit card.

Incase of refund, how much time generally takes and Is it allowed to re-book before refund?

I am worried incase of rebooking there might be chances of double booking and or missing TechEd certification offer window period

Please share some information.

Request you to drop email education.india@sap.com so that team can revert with refund status and details

Thank you very much. After refund, I successfully rebooked with NEFT bank transfer.
