Number of attempts - Invalid

Number of attempts displayed as Invalid while I have valid subscription for one year till April 26 2026.

I have raised support ticket and no response.

Hi Margit ,

This case is going nowhere. I first contacted Examity support and they referred me back to SAP.

I created case with SAP and after 15 days they have referred me back to Examity.

This is going round in circles with no resolution , please help in fixing the issue - Case  5000155096
