Not getting SAP BO Webi Intelligence Certification since 5 Months(20 Weeks)

Hi ,

I have completed BOCP u2013 Business Objects WI XI3.0 certification examination in Below dates , when can I expect my original (hard copy ) of certification

QAWI301V3.0 29 Aug 2009

and also i contacted couple of times to below customer care mail id but i didn;t get any reply from them kps.businessobjects.kt (at the rate) sap.com

Is there are any way to get my certification?

I have completed my Business Object Certification 4 months back. I dint get hard copy of certification yet. How much time it will take to dispatch cerificate??

Can you tell me your S-userid used to register for the exam in order to check your credentials? Once we have this, our certificate group can trace through their records for the next steps.

I passed the C_BOWI_30 Exam on May16,2010 and still haven't received my certification copy yet. I gave the exam at the Pearson Vue center. SAP Education center says it takes up to 6 weeks to get the certification. Now it has been way more than that. No response after calling the SAP Education center 3 times, they just take the information from you.

Any Ideas how to reach the SAP Certification dept directly?

Hello Sandeep/Ravinder/Dipanjan/ And All who has issue receiving their certificates

Can you please update the forum with your latest sitiations whether you have received your certificates by now? I am in SIngapore and planning to apppear for BO certification from Pearson VUE. By reading so much problem with Pearson, I am afraid to go ahead. However, SAP Singapore education has asked some document from Project manager showing at least 2yrs eack X 2 project experience, then only they will allow to write the exam. That's the reason I am preferring Pearson VUE. But given the pathetic situation of certificates delivery, I think it's not a good idea to go with Pearson. So, please update the forum if you have got your certificates or any latest communication in this regards.

Hello Sai,

Being SAP employee, I would expect you to contact your local SAP Education in the first place.

S User ID is the one you have registered for this examination.

Usually it take 6 to 8 weeks times, sometimes, slightly more than that, depending on the postal address details.

Please check with SAP Education, India, they should be able to advise you.

Thanks for the suggestion. i have contacted them and they  have missed to update my address and that is why my certificate is on hold for dispatch in Germany .

Yes just now I have mailed my residence address to them as u have suggested. this is a complete let up by the SAP Education team where they have not  updated my address which I had given in my consent form. Also  do you know how much time will take for the certificate to come  from Germany to Chennai generally, will it come by courier , will I be able to track the courier ? or like I have to still wait for 6 more weeks?.

Hello Sai,

As a general practice, usually it takes 4 to 6 weeks. However, I am not sure in this case, if they have any expedited process. I do not think you will have any privilege to track, unless they give you some tracking number, usually they do not provide to anybody. You may to have to wait another few weeks.

Normally, the certificates should follow a successful exam by 4-8 weeks. Since your exams fall outside of that window, I am forwarding your request to the Operations group in Vancouver that prints and distributes the certificates.

SAP has to take all the documentation whatever is required before the examination.

SAP cannot expect a candidate to provide 2 or 3 or 4 documents to fill after successful completion of examination.

I do not know why it happened in your case. Probably you appeared through Pearson.

SAP has never asked me for my address after passing my certification.

Thanks for forward the details.

But, if you observe this forum, most of the candidates appeared through Pearson are struggling to get their Certificates.

Is this only happened to candidates appeared through Pearson India, or anywhere in the world, is this the same fate.

I would sincerely request you to personally take up this issue with your Top SAP Education Team to prevent these issues in future. Candidates are suffering for months and years, without any fault on their side.

If a person takes an exam at one of our SAP delivery locations, the address used to mail the certificates comes from their customer record. If a person takes an exam at Pearson VUE, we apparently use this address to send the certificate. There have been cases when the address field in VUE is not complete or is undeliverable. Our objective is to get the certificates mailed as quickly as the information is updated into our systems and verified.

Thanks for your help.The Pearson Vue Centre in Kolkata,India checked my mailing address very carefully before registering for the exam.I do not see this is a lapse from their end.Is it the delay because we are taking th exam outside US?

One more thing is how long it will take to print the certificate and send it to my postal address from Vancouver Operations ,tentatively?
