Not able to access/schedule exam in cer006 after company switch

Hello Gurus,

Greetings!

I purchased cer006 certificate bundle recently.

And last month i resigned from my previous organisation and joined a new company.

And now i couldn’t access/schedule my exam.

I also dont have to my previous s-user id or my previous organization’s mailbox(to reset my pssword).

I droped a mail to SAP education india - but no reply yet.

Can you please suggest a way to access my certification portal.

S-User was created by your organization for you or you directly obtained it using your company e-mail id ?

Or activate CHAT NOW in the Training.sap.com as if you were buying another CER006

Thanks for your suggestion.

I dropped a messaged to rashi and waiting for her reply. I tried the chat now in training.sap.com but they are saying they dont support these kind of issues.

Dropped a mail to rashi and waiting for her reply.

I got a reply from SAP Training since i created an incident with Chat Now - they are saying i cant use my certification bundle(not even a single exam attempt i made).

I cant use because the my profile is inactive. Not sure how to proceed forward.

Any suggestions from your end on this. Please let me know.
