How is Average donation defined?
Average donation = Total Donation / No. of Donations( gifts) per year
or
Average Donation (per donor) = Total Donation / No. of Donors per year

The Average donation KPI is an aggregrate KPI. 

Average donation = Total Donation / No. of Donations( gifts) per year
