Hey,
Is the number of repeat contributors and new contributors only for year 2011? If yes, what is the "All Years" in the time period referring to?
For the percentage of repeat contributors, is the "total number of contributors" for 2011 or for all years?
Thanks,
Dar

Great questions. Yes the number of repeat contributors and new contributors is only for year 2011.
The "All Years" time period refers to the range of data that you'll need to consider to calculate this KPI. For example, a repeat contributor could be someone who gave in 2003 and then gave in 2011. Or it could be someone who gave every year from 2003 to 2011. They need to give in 2011 and at least once in a previous year.
For the % of repeat contributors, it is the total number of contributors for all years.
Cheers,
Darren
