No certification attempts (employee edition) assigned to my subscription

Hello, 

My SAP Learning Hub (employee edition) and system access is valid until 20 June 25, however my SAP Certification 4 attempts employee edition are in status EXPIRED and I am not able to book certification exams. How can I change this?
