Need S-user id

I have created an SAP instance on AWS and have a valid license and am able to login via cal.sap.com and RDC, but I am not able to create Z ABAP programs because I am not a registered developer. How do I get a developer key if I am using my own SAP instance on AWS? I am currently not employed by a company using SAP and have no S-user id.

Thanks for the reply. I tried that key from a previous post and it is telling me invalid entry. I need to go back and check my settings I guess.
