Need help with Record of Achievement

I finished my final exams for " How to Best Leverage SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Your Company." course, by answering all the questions, but when I check today it says Final Exam 17% completed, 20.7/120 points. Not sure how this happened, I remember I answered all the questions and submitted my answers, I have the screenshot of the answers I did.

Please help me if you have any contact # or e-mail I can send the answers for you to check. Let me know how to proceed.
