Need help troubleshooting Fitter Snacker Lab

This problem is with the Low Carb Labs. At the very end, the student converts the planned order for NRG-C into a production order.

He is getting an error message saying there is no valid task list for this material. This usually means they forgot or messed something up with the routing. But the routing for this material seems fine to me. Any other suggestions?

OK. I think I found it. There was a date mismatch between the planned order and the routing validity.
