Need Help on taking certification exams

Hi Sdn Gurus,

I would like to take sap xi certification exams from SAP.

I dont know the process and cost of it..

Please suggest me the following

1) Process

2) Topics covered and version

3) Any Material for Certification.

Please let me know any info on the same.
