Need help creating DFD diagrams/context diagrams

hey guys, just signed up here so im a new member so please bare with me.. Im studying to become a systems analyst and struggling quite a bit with this assignment, I have to create ERD's and DFD's but atm im stuck on the ERD.. Im quite sure that i've got the entities correct but im not sure if my attributes match the assignment information? . Any help is appreciated thanks
