There are a lot of people who had Accounting Experience for more than a decade and then went to have successful career in SAP. There are also cases where people had completed their training and certification from a SAP Education partner and finally got placed through them. You can start your SAP career even at this point, only thing you require is a positive attitude towards continuous learning . In your case having a certification in S4H is and added advantage. You only need to track and find the opportunities that best suite your skill set and qualification.

Good Luck with your Career.

Hi - have you learned about S/4HANA Finance? Central Finance?

Instead of implementation jobs, have you considered SAP support jobs (e.g. with companies like Rimini Street)? It is a great way to learn the software and gain experience.
