Hello experts,
I wish to learn my sap CRM . But am still not aware of it and as inquired by me is it necessary for me to learn SD before CRM.Please guide me if its realy necessary.Any PDFs or documents will be of great help.
My personal opinion is learn the basics about SD before CRM. It can only help you understand the business processes, integration, and terminiology.

Hi,
I know a lot of (certified) CRM consultants without SD training. So you can learn all about CRM with out the SD training.
Besides this i do think it's a good idea to get some SD knowledge once you think you know the CRM system.
