My company s not ready to give Supporting letter for certification.HELP PLS

Hi all,

My profile has been approved by SAP to appear for direct certification C_TAW12_70. SAP expecting a Supporting letter from company .They mentioned this like below

Letter from your organizationu2019s HR supporting your certification and employment on company letterhead with HRu2019s signature & company seal with HR contact Number

But my companyu2019s HR is not ready give the letter in their (SAP) format. They say they can only issue company specific letter for employees who wishes to appear for certification.

In my company specific letter they mention only my joining date in company and no information about my SAP project experience which SAP is expecting. I donu2019t think SAP would accept my company specific supporting letter.

HR people not assisting me to appear for certification. I spent 6 months in preparing for this certification on my own and finally HR not ready to give supporting letter.

Please help me on this. Thanks in advance,

Hi sri,

in which company u are working, if your company is SAP partner or channel partner they should do it,and u can discuss with sap education team in india.

Hi Sri,

I can understand your situation, and I empthasize with you.

Take the letter given by HR to you.

And then request your Lead or Project Manager to send a mail to the concerned in SAP from thier official mail id confirming that you have been part of the project and all other details like the version you worked on,duration and the role in your project.

I think this might help, and also inform the concerned in SAP that your HR is providing only the joining details, all the project related details will be sent through your PM or Lead.
