Hello Guys..

For Releasing PO 2 lavel of authorization we are using , But when the Sr.Manager want to approve the Requested PO, At that event if he have any Doubt can he mail the same with screen Shot to Concern.

Please advice.

Only issue to mail from SAP thorugh Screen Shot at PO Auth T- Code.

Looks like Swati wants SAP to email the screen shot.

Swati, have you implemented Workflow (not sure if workflow supports sending screenshots).

I guess it would be easier to email the screenshot via your office email system.

If it is just about taking a screenshot - you should be able to achieve the same through any desktop tool like snagit / print screen / gadwin ... how does authorizations come into the picture...?
