Did you try downloading the certificates through Acclaim Portal? You could use the BLOG for reference.
In case if you are trying for an older certificate, Recommend you to write a mail to education."Your Region"@SAP.com. For example if you are from India it would be education.india@sap.com.
You should get a response as soon as possible. You can use the THREAD for reference.
