Merge user account - credential manager

Hello,

I've passed a new certification exam using my company email address (with a new S-user). A new email was sent in order to create the user for credential manager.

At the moment I also have an old user for credential manager where I keep my previous certification list. Is there a way to merge this 2 accounts or to keep 1 and move some data between them ?
