Merge certifications between S-Users

Morning,

I have changed company and this one has created me a new S-User, I would need all my certifications to be merged.

• New S-User: S0020974112
• Old S-User: S0019734105

Certifications:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP SuccessFactors Performance an Goals Management
• SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management
• SAP SuccessFactors SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning
