Membership & license for SAP training Institute

Hi SAP Gurus,

I wanted to know how can I get the license for SAP Training institute.

On what basis SAP is giving the set up for consultant Company for Ex.

I am recruiting few consultants and providing the services to some companies then what may be Cost ( Rate of charge ) overall to take license .

Pls help in this matter.
