Hi,
I have read some threads about this issue, but I'm still confused if I need to do some configuration/setup to make the search work in LSO.
Some threads tell that activation needs to be done thru LSO_PVSEARCH_ADM/SRMO, but others say that no configuration is needed.
Can anybody help clarifying? And in case nothing needs to be maintained - do you have any idea why the search does not work out-of-the-box.

Request clarification before answering.
There are many dependencies on this question. In order to answer it correctly and give this customer the right answer, I would suggest having an LSO Consultant support you in this area. If this is not the option, we will need to understand information suchas: what release is the customer on for LSO, what part of the application? Is this a normal or enterprise search? After we have this informaiton, we can properly answer this question. let me contact you separately with further follow-up.
