Is the SAP Training and Certification website down?

I'm getting a 504 error when trying to access https://training.sap.com. Not very useful when trying to do an online certification.

Hi,

For a month now, I have been trying to register for a certification on the portal https://www.sapindiacertification.com. The website is not working. Have been approaching them through emails: support@sapindiacertification.com, education.india@sap.com. There is no reply. This is really pathetic. I clearly see that there is no proper monitoring / addressing of the problems being raised.
