Is SAP Learning Hub available to individuals?

As an independent contractor I would like to be able to maintain my credentials under my personal email, is it possible to buy a subscription for an individual rather than through the company I am working for?

Hi @Lorie_Schenck_SRP 
To access the guided, premium learning resources, you need to have either an SAP Learning Hub or SAP Learning Hub, partner edition (available only for SAP partners) subscription.
The SAP Learning Hub can also be purchased by individuals.
Please note that as an individual purchaser (B2I), customer can only make purchases by accepting SAP B2B Terms & Conditions.
As an individual purchaser, the customer should book the license under an organization (using their name as the company name and their home address as the postal address). For VAT purposes, the customer can use a dummy VAT registration number in their country's specific format.
Please follow the link provided here and fill out the information as mentioned above to proceed with placing the order.

I see https://www.sap.com/training-certification/learning-hub.html provides the way to be priced by "users" per year.

Unfortunately, this is gated material available to registered users from SAP customers as part of a maintenance contract with SAP.

Access to the support edition is part of the following maintenance agreements: SAP Enterprise Support, SAP Enterprise Support, Cloud Edition, or SAP Product Support for Large Enterprises (PSLE).
