is it necessary to attend IBP100 in order to attend IBP200

Need urgent answer or provide contact#. I want to know if it is a must to have taken IBP100 in order to attend IBP200 class. Also, I want to know if I will get free system access for some time period after the class ends in order to learn hands on.
