Internal server error exam appointments

Hi there 

I am not able to access EXAM APPOINTMENTS in sapcertification.questionmark.com. It gives me an Internal Server Error (500) - see screenshot attached.

Due to this I cant reschedule / cancel already scheduled exams!

It has been happening since 2 days already; I have raised a ticket 5000139316 in SAP Learning Self Service(s) https://lso-ssrv-app.cfapps.eu10-004.hana.ondemand.com/lso/

Has anyone else faced this issue?

I did not do anything Arjith, they fixed it for me.

And it was all resolved in 1 call with EXAMITY?

Examity - the proctor people - escalated the incident to Questionmark - the platform people - they fixed it behind the scenes and now everything is fine once again! Someone mentioned the RCA behind this as I had too many bookings / no shows - NOT true - the error started to happen even when I had just 1 booking and I could not cancel it!!!

Hi Arjith,

I called examity number and they helped me. It took half an hour to fix the errors,  and I could see the "Exam dash board" and "Exam appointment" tabs and "Start exam" button, and I could attend the exam on the same day.

Please mention the steps you took. Or is it that The issue was at their end and they did all the fixes and there was no action from you?

EXAMITY said it’s out of their hands. They will escalate to Questionmark team and someone will call me to help out and resolve it.

I had same issue couple of weeks ago. But, I found a phone number  on the confirmation email (855-392-6489) and called them. That department is super cool. They helped me a lot and I could take the exam on the  same day. I was a bit late for the examination, but it was not a problem at all.  Calling support is much better than raising the ticket.. my two cents..

Thanks. What was the solution?? This number is for EXAMITY company. I spoke to them already and they said they can’t do anything and speak to SAP. So pls provide the steps etc.

I called EXAMITY again. A more helpful kindred soul answered. I said another examine has the same issue some weeks ago. She took some time and said she has raised it as a HIGH priority with Questionmark which is owned by SAP and someone will contact me in the next few hrs. She added that several students had the same 500 internal server error and question mark team helped them.

Following on from this yesterday Larry A support@questionmark.com emailed me asking if I was still receiving the 500 error as their developer team fixed it already. I sent back a screenshot confirming that I was still getting the error.
