Inquiry : Learning Hub order process pending over a week

 Hello,

I placed my Learning Hub license order through the SAP store on March 20, but I have yet to receive any fulfillment or license details ( Store ID 0002243001 ) . My credit card was charged on the same day, and the order indicates that the license will be valid from March 20, 2025, to March 19, 2026. However, I still haven't received any tenant or login information.

I've opened two support cases this past week (Case 1000512571 and Case 1000511701), but unfortunately, I haven't heard back yet. Is there a delay in processing orders for individual accounts?

If you received the confirmation of your purchase you need to redeem your activation code for SAP Learning Hub.
