I myself being a fresher to abap want to know complete information regarding both technical and functional stuff in order to plan my study process keeping in view the certification criteria.If possible can u provide me the study plan accordingly.

The certification code is C_TAW12_70

This link gives you a breakdown of the topics and the courses you need to do.

The certification is called SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver 7.0

The exam is 80 questions, multiple choice. The pass mark varies, but should be in the 60 - 70% range.
