I registered for the CER006 but had medical issues didn’t use any. Anyone had extension

I bought the CER006 but was very sick last year . Just getting on my feet now . Anyone ever had an extension ? Or will they give me any credit . Because I didn’t use any attempt??? @SAPLearningHub

When did you register for the Certification specifically? I think when you buy your Certification Exam you have a year to take the attempt. Did this period Ended?

• A subscription to SAP Certification exam, six attempts provides you a 12-months access to Certification Hub, where you can schedule up to a maximum of six exam bookings over your subscription period.

yes the 1 year period expired. Before I my medical situation I tried a few times and there was technical issues with question mark . I didn’t use any of the attempts
