i purchased SAP learning hub individual ac . When i click on webinar or Handbook error?/ new link

i purchased SAP learning hub individual ac . When i click on webinar or Handbook it is asking for company ID to enter. 

i don't have company ID as i purchased individual and also my subscription is not showing under manage profile. Let me know if anyone knows how to go ahead. i contacted 5 times to customer case and it is really hopeless and helpless.

If you received the confirmation of your purchase you need to redeem your activation code for SAP Learning Hub.
