I need to associate my previous certification with my current company. To do this, I need my S-User ID for my previous company. I have forgotten my S-User ID. How can I retrieve it?
Hi @Anusha1224 Users always need to move the certificate from an old ID to new ID if they change company or email address. There is no merge of S-users, but migrate the certification. As whom to support with the certification move is as follows:
SAP Partner would need to go to Partner Service Delivery Team (pe_channel_helpline@sap.com)
For S-user ID holders, please consult your Company Super Administrator for assistance. If you don't have the contact details for your Company Super Admin, kindly get in touch with the support team at the SAP Customer Interaction Center for further assistance.
