Hi Anil, If this is your first SAP Certification and you do not already have a Credential Manager account, then you will need to first activate your Credential Manager account. You should be sent an account activation email from Credential Manager several days after passing the exam. Here is a link to overview page: https://training.sap.com/shop/content/Credential-Manager
If you do not get the log on details in the next few days, please contact credential-manager@sap.com listing your current Person ID (former SAP User-ID or S-User) and any additional user ID’s with which you are SAP Certified.
Anil - congratulations. Please go to https://training.sap.com/certification/ and scroll to the bottom and select link "Visit Help Center" - they should be able to assist you
