I can't get questionmark to work on my PC

Hello all,

I am trying to launch questionmark several times but I am getting always the same error : close the following app and relaunch Questionmark : Java application. I did close every java related app but I am always getting the same issue.

Please any support I will be taking my exam nearly.

if you are using your personal PC open Taskmanager and close all background Apps, If its a Company PC then once contact your IT team, Same issue I Faced in my personal PC so I closed all apps in the task manager before launching Questionmark
