How to upgrade my skill in Sap basis

Dear Experts,

I have started my carrier in Sap basis from the past 4 years. In this 4 years I am doing basic support activities like DB monitoring, Performance tuning, User and roles administration, Print and workprocess management, client administration, etc. Mostly all are like support activities. My knowledge is very limited. I need to enhance my skills in Upgrade, migration, Implementation, System copy or system refresh (homogenious heterogenious) migrate from on premise to AWS, Hana etc. I am not getting the right path to reach my goal. Please suggest some way to learn all these activities.

I would like to recommend this Self-paced Open Sap Course : Introduction to SAP HANA Administration

(optionnaly read the indigest guide and self train with your own instance on SAP Cloud Platform HANA Express Edition)

Few basic resources like this are available everywhere on internet (video or text)
