what is the meaning of code ? s_swenr[] is internal table ?

Most probably it's SELECT-OPTIONS variable, P_ is probably a PARAMETER. You can double click it and check.

I think the right is "IS NOT INITIAL". But it is 'NOT IS INITAL'. Why ?
