Hello Lakshman,
I would highly recommend doing the below course on open SAP-
System Conversion to SAP S/4HANA
It gives a wonderful overview of the changes both from functional and as well as technical perspective.

The FICO role helps implement the simplification items generated during the project's readiness check process. The readiness check looks at the existing ECC system and evaluates what will need to be changed in S4H. The output from the check is a list of simplification items that identify what functionality changes, what functionality is replaced by new functionality, and what functionality that is no longer available in the target S4H system. You may find detailed information on the readiness check at: https://help.sap.com/viewer/product/SAP_READINESS_CHECK/200/en-US and the follwing blog: https://blogs.sap.com/2018/03/26/sap-s4hana-simplification-item-check-how-to-do-it-right./
