How to get soft/hard copy of my SAP Certificate from 2016.

Hi,

I achieved my certification in September 2016. At that time soft copy of certificate was stored in Credentials Manager. One could download/print copies of certificate as needed.
However Credential Manager was retired and old certifications were not transferred to Acclaim.

I need a soft/hard copy of my certificate from 2016.

How can obtain it?

Hi Satish,

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately certifications from 2016 were not loaded in Acclaim.
They were only available in Credential Manager. As the credential manager was decommissioned the only way to obtain soft/hard copy is to contact your local SAP Education organisation.

I contacted them via email and just received a copy of my certificate via email.

You have to login to your SAP Learning HUB and check your profile, since May 2019 SAP has replaced in Certificate Infrastructure.
