How to get rid of Certification Registration Error via Credit Card Payment in India

I am getting Certification Registration Error "Please contact your local SAP Education office" via Credit Card Payment in India.

Is there any other means to register for Certification.

Do we need a S-user ID for Certificate Registration?

Try IE or browser other than Google, If issue persists you have to mail to the education India e-mail id listed on the site which is education.india@sap.com
