How to get certificate to our personal mail id

Dear All,

I completed my certification, but i unable to go login to Credly,

because Credly link was going to my official mail id, my S-User was linked with my company mail id, now I am not in that company,

And i created my own universe Id, while trying to link the S-user id account OTP was going to my official mail id,

how can I get my certification?

how can I download my badges

how can I transfer certification to my universal id?

Please help me with process.

Hello yelugoti1,

Here is what you can do:

• Request SAP Training and certification team to move your badges and valid certifications to your 2nd ID. Your 2nd ID can be personal ID. Provided you have used the same to register with SAP. Team will ask for proof of certification and may have additional queries. Go to training.sap.com > select your country > scroll all the way down > Email Us
• Once you have badges moved under new ID, create a new login with Credly. You should see new badge. Beside if you use the same email ID to create SAP Community profile, you will end us seeing same badges under "Training" tab here in SAP Community as well.

Note: I would advice adding all new (future) official ID and personal ID's to Credly. Of course you can not map your old Office ID as this step require validation from old email ID.

If you are still with our company you can merge our company S-user Id and ur personal id. as you don't have access to ur company mail its not possible to link because your company might deactivate ur mail already me to have similar issue

No, i am not in company, my mail was block,

so there is no other way to download the certificate.

so my certificate was waste only.
